Stila Barbie Palette
So I received my Sephora haul yesterday, nothing can explain the joy when I see a box waiting for me! So I hurried in my room and opened it and BLEH one of my eyeshadows broke during transit! So I checked everything else out and they were fine. So I was filling in the Sephora return form and noticed that they don't do exchanges via mail. The nearest Sephora is on a different island! So I called them up and explained my situation. At first the Customer Representative said I can send it back and put another order in, but I would have to pay for shipping which is unfair because I was qualified for free shipping with the first purchase. So I mentioned that and she said she'll send one out to me free of charge and free shipping. Just as long as I return the broken item ASAP. I heart Sephora's customer service!
