Product Review and Swatches: Lancome Best Dressed Palette

So I've been meaning to post this ASAP but my younger sister turned 21 and I got caught up doing homework and quizzes. Bleh! I'm back though and back with a product review and swatches! So I mentioned previously that I really heart this palette and I do! It's perfect right now because this season it seems like blues and purples are IT! I mentioned it my last post that this is comparable to Mac's Cool Heat and Naughty Nauticals Collections. More so on the Naughty Nauticals Collection though.

Product: 5 out of 5
Packaging: 5 out of 5
Quality: 5 out of 5
Overall: 4 out of 5
Price: $70.00
Available at: your nearest Lancome counter; http://www.lancome.com/

Like I mentioned its a great palette with awesome shades of colors. Purples match everyone..seriously everyone and blues are hot. I know that blues are one of the hardest colors to pull off but I think with practice anyone can rock it. These blues are cool blues so except for garment a black-blueish eye can't be achieved.

PROS: Nice Array of colors. Some of the colors have the best color payoff like Statuesque(the blackest black eyeshadow I've ever seen), Garment, and Best Dressed. It's practically the same size as a Mac eyeshadow too so $70 / 8 eyeshadows = $8.75 for each eyeshadow which is cheaper than a pot and pan version of Mac's eyeshadows. It's also a tad cheaper than 2 of Mac's quads (4eyeshadow). The palette also features a mirror which is the length and width of the palette. A great travel palette!

CONS: Tailored, it was kind of a hard color to bring out. A good eyeshadow base would take care of this.

Overall: An awesome palette filled with great colors. Even a brown eyeshadow lover could find a couple of eyeshadows in here worth a try!
