Not another...BUFFET

Here's a couple of FOTD's from this past weekend. I usually don't wear makeup, probably atleast once a week? But I actually had a reason to get all doll'D up:) and I wanted to dip into some of the new makeup I got. New makeup meaning from the Heatherette Collection + TaylorMade (TMM) + SheSpace (TSS). After viewing many of Christiana's (Memoirs of a Shopping Addict) photos I really love the fact that she's a big time mineral makeup fanatic. So I got some things from Taylor Made and She Space. I'm going to do a review of these so I don't want to reveal too much. Let's just say I saved both links in my favorites;)

So the Heatherette trio #1 is the trio I decided on and both of the trios have e/s that are very much dupable. I just bought it because of the casing. Luckily both trios were the same design. I bought all of the eyepencils x 2! I thought that these were the highlight of the collection. I always think that each collection has a special highlight on a certain product. Example: Fafi = Paint pots!

Here's my first FOTD for my Saturday night Buffet, my boss' retirement party

Sunday morning, another buffet at the Maui Prince Resort. I used a She Space pigment and Taylor Made foiled. I first applied them with Mac's mixing medium then I had put some dry pigment over it to set it. I was actually going for a smokey purple look but Driven by Instinct totally surprised me when I applied it with Mac's mixing medium. Overall though the look was a neat surprise. I also used all black to the Buffet then I went to The Cos Bar, a shop that sells real high end designer brands like La Mer, Bobbi Brown, Nars, Chanel, etc. I picked up Angel l/g duo from the Nars line and when I went to check out I told the clerk that this is my first Nar's product. She went 'well don't tell your co-workers @ Mac know that your using Nars'. Hahaha, the highest compliment so far:)
