Product Review: Sephora Eye Slim Pencil

So I’ve noticed that I’ve done reviews on pretty good products? So I’m going to start doing reviews on bad ones so you can see how picky I really am. One of my pet peeves on beauty blogs is that they’re always having good reviews on products and here I am doing it. It ends now! So an upcoming Mac Collection called Suite Array that is set to release on September 25 got me thinking on eyeliners. I have tried many from different brands…..so here is my review on Sephora’s Eye Slim Pencil

Pros: The price and the packaging are the only qualities that got this product going. The packaging is pretty neat because the color of the eyeliner is at the end of the eyeliner so you don’t need to ‘search’ for the specific eyeliner. It also has a clear lid so you’ll know when a sharpening is in order.

Cons: This eyeliner is pretty harsh meaning it is not creamy. The color payoff isn’t great either. It is not smudge proof, long lasting, and waterproof.

Overall: It isn’t anything that us girls look for in a eyeliner. I really don’t get how it won the 2007 WINNER BEST OF SEPHORA? I tried looking for it in my eyeliner drawer just to test it out again but I forgot I gave it away to a buddy. That just reinforces my opinion on it:
